Description

Paradox Kings & Queens Bundle includes:

  • Crusader Kings II

Europe is in turmoil. The lands are fragmented into petty fiefs, the emperor struggles with the Pope, and the Holy Father declares that all those who go to liberate the Holy Land will be freed of their sins. Now is the time for greatness.

  • Knights of Honor

As King, it is your duty to lead your people in their struggle to raise your kingdom from its humble beginnings to a position of power and prestige. War, diplomacy and a burgeoning economy are the means by which you increase your power and expand your influence. A unique Knight-management system will offer you brand new possibilities to enhance your personal strategy.

  • Majesty 2

In the world of Majesty, you are the ruler of the kingdom Ardania. At your service are your loyal and somewhat obnoxious subordinates, who have their own minds about how things should be done. In fact, Majesty is the only game where your heroes decide on their own what should be done and when, leaving you to try to control them through monetary incentives.

  • The Kings' Crusade

The crowned heads of Europe have launched a new military campaign to reconquer the Holy Land. The time has come for you to assemble your armies and take back the land as Richard the Lionheart, or to assume the role of heir to the great Saladin and defend your people against the oncoming invasion. Control and upgrade the leaders and their armies and lead your men into fierce battles in this real-time strategy game that places you in the era of the Third Crusade.

  • Victoria II

Victoria 2 is a grand strategy game played during the colonial era of the 19th century, where the player takes control of a country, guiding it through industrialisation, political reforms, military conquest and colonisation. Experience an in-depth political simulation where every action you take will have various consequences over all the world. The population will react to your decisions based on their political awareness, social class, as well as their willingness to accept or revolt against their government.

Good pack for strategy lovers

It's a nice pack, but not really as valuable and price-worthy as Platinum Pack. On the other hand if you are only interested in strategy games - in this pack you get those only, which is nice ;) Crusader Kings II is one of the best grand strategies made by Paradox and it's definitely worth having. Knights of Honor while not a bad game looks and plays dated so not really that exciting part of the pack. Majesty 2 is totally unique twist on strategy games (instead of ordering characters, you can only make your own quests, promise rewards and try to motivate them to doing what you want this way - it's something you will find in no other game and Majesty 2 is great at it) so it's always worth having in your library. The King's Crusade is standard (yet well crafted) RTS, but it looks old nowadays. And Victoria II is a great challenge for any strategy fan - I believe it to be one of the hardest grand strategy games released up to this very day and will be fun and challenging for any strategy veteran. All in all - not a bad pack, especially for strategy fan, but I think Platinum pack is better.
