I love fast easy and cool action games making this the best choice to play. It's the best third person shooter rockstar has ever made and excellent pc options. Story is alright not the best ,but good enough. Max Payne is the highlight of the narration with snarky remarks and saying the truth at times. Bullet time is what makes the game different from other and unique. this game is not meant to take serious but having fun killing enemies with amazing shooting mechanics.

Max Payne is a fantastic game (one of my personal favorites of all time), but oddly enough, it doesn't feel like a Max Payne game. The setting is changed from the dark rainy alleys of New York to the sunbaked favalas of Brazil. This entry is not done by Remedy, but rather Rockstar, and it shows. The writing is good, but in just isn't quite up to par with the other games. The shooting however, is phenomenal. It manages to be weighty even as you through yourself through the air in glorious slow motion. This in combination with the excellent Euphoria animation engine means that the action is some of the best gaming has to offer. Would recommend if you like shooting things and slow motion.

Max Payne 3 is the third installment of a critically acclaimed series. A 3rd person shooter, as we're used to from the previous installments, loads of guns, a decent story and whatnot. One of the new things implemented in the game is the cover system that furthermore enhances the combat experience. Besides this, a great addition to the Max Payne universe is the Multi-Player option. Players can now re-engage in single-player missions with friends, making the game that much more interesting. Unfortunately, the game comes with several DLC, which kinda takes away some of the initial value of the first two games.

Max Payne 3 is the new entry in the Max Payne franchise. Payne has left the NYPD and became a private security agent for some rich guy in South America. Remedy is no more in charge this time but Rockstar managed to do a great job with this third Max Payne. Like usual, this is a Third Person Shooter with a awful lot of gunfights and bullet time action. The game looks beautiful. The story is really cool and the gameplay is excellent. However there is one bad thing here. The game suffers from too many cutscenes. These are hidden loading screen and they get annoying very quickly. There is a cutscene for almost any pointless action in the game. Climbing a ladder? It is a cutscene. Using a switch? It is a cutscene. Getting inside an elevator? It is a cutscene. All of this cause the pace to slow down too much. Max Payne should be a frantic action game not a shooter where everything stop and the tension gets back to zero each time your character is supposed to do something else than shooting. And those cutscenes are loading screens in disguise so it's impossible to skip them! Oh and note that you're supposed to create a Rockstar Social Club account to be able to play the game. It's stupid and it doesn't work properly. It’s a good game but it could have been excellent.

Game for fans of conversations about life, drinking, painkillers and just good games\shooters. In my opinion a worthy continuation of the good old Max. I can tell why so much people give this game so much bad reviews - its because of strange DRM system that wont let you play the game on some systems. And secondly - because its not so noir and dark as previous one. But actually story is the most darkest aspect of this game. Story about corruption, death, family relations, death and about redemption. Game is so good at that game should do - especially shooter - you can feel your character. How he moves, how he talks to people. Max is so REAL. Firing from shogun or pistol never been better. One of the few games that I played till the end credits in like a two years and did not regret for the time that i spent.
