Assassin's Creed III: The Tyranny of King Washington: The Redemption
Ratonhnhaké:ton’s journey concludes in the third and final episode, “The Redemption”. Arriving in New York, Ratonhnhaké:ton will call upon all of the abilities tied to his native heritage in order to break into the monarch fortress and put an end to the tyranny of King Washington. Live history as it never happened and rise a new revolution!
Enjoyable gameplay, interesting alternate historymahon | July 31, 2013 | See all mahon's reviews »
Third part of the "The Tyranny of King Washington" additional campaign for Assassin's Creed III is available as a separate expansion, and it's not a bad choice - if you're not interested in knowing the final act of the story that is an alternate version of history in which George Washington becomes a king and a tyrant (and I suppose it doesn't have to be everyone's thing) you may skip it.
But if you enjoyed Assassin's Creed III you will most likely get it. It offers continuation of the main plot, additional side quests, new skills and powers (power of the bear). The pace is faster than before and the game is more interesting. The ending might be better but I prefer to get satisffactory gaming experience instead of a better ending without good gameplay. I would get it even if only to get through the whole story and meet the archvillain again.
