This game is a metroidvania-supermeatboy hybrid... and is fun!!! The good: +Good controls +Great art style! +Enjoyable soundtrack, not awesome, but it worth mentioned it. +Sweet gameplay but... The bad: +Weet gameplay but... repetitive... +Generic story... there is nothing bad with generic stories... but I would love to had something new and fresh that move you to find what is happend in this game. Overall is a enjoyable game, if you are a hardcore platformer fan.

A fantastic Distraction

Blood of the werewolf is a Good game with so much potential. Before I get into the game play I need to address the art style. Its a 2d game with magnificent 3d models. The core of the game is a plat former with some combat. The central concept is amazing. Inside you are Selena, A crossbow toting Female that must jump and shoot to save her son the last hope for the race of the werewolves. But in the moon you are a all powerful werewolf that smites her enemies. The platforming is fun and goes between easy and incredibly difficult within seconds. The overall game is not to challenging and the bosses are very lackluster and disappointing. Newcomers to platforming games will have a fun experience with a couple of rage inducing sections. Hardcore platformers will enjoy a fun distraction with beautiful art style. The real fun is speed running the game and collecting the sigils. Overall this game is well worth seven dollars and with an abundance of an achievements I highly recommend picking this up if you are a platforming fan.
