Brothers in Arms: Earned in Blood is a sequel to Road to Hill 30, and is primarily a squad based WWII FPS. The game series is unique in that it relies more on tactics, and instead of rushing into a building or clearing guns blazing, the game requires you to move your squad around in an intelligent way to outmaneuver the enemy. This is a change of pace from your typical Call of Duty or Medal of Honor, and in general works very well.

By now Brothers in Arms looks dated, but isn't distractingly bad. Sound and voice acting are done well enough. The game is an improvement over it's predecessor, with better texture work and gameplay overall.

The campaign is challenging and much more difficult than the original because of AI improvements. If you're a fan of WWII shooters and wanting something new, the Brothers in Arms series is pretty good to pick up.
