Customer notes

Requires Darksiders II (base game) to use this DLC.

Death learns of a human survivor on Earth. The story told by the Council was that mankind was wiped out almost immediately after the Apocalypse, but the existence of survivors would change much. If the Third Kingdom has not been completely destroyed, perhaps they can be protected – and Death’s sacrifice wouldn’t be necessary.

Uriel tells Death that her Hellguard have reported seeing survivors, and that she thinks there is some shred of humanity clinging to life. The existence of survivors to Death would be important and worth investigating.

Death first encounters the Hunter as he approaches the area the Angels marked on the map. He will appear in upper building floors or just out of reach, constantly harrying Death as he makes his way through the city then escaping at the last minute by various means (he will have built a series of escape routes in the city).

Eventually, he asks Death if he would free him from his shame – kill the Demon Lord that took his soul, and leave him to die in peace. If Death does this, he agrees to give Death some information on where he might find some humans hiding out.

The second part of the DLC is Death making his way through the city in search of the Demon Lord, working his way through the Demon Lord’s lair to their final confrontation.

This DLC adds real content to the game, you have a new zone to explore and your objetive is kill the boss, the Demon Lord Belial on Earth where Darksiders 1 takes place. You can beat this DLC in 2 hours, it is short but if you want to expand the story of Death (the main character) and you need more Darksiders 2, it is a great deal.
