The first front mission game looked to be a good entry into a genre. Sadly it resorted to a cash cow. With numerous multiplayer dlc for a game without anyone playing in multiplayer, the game defeats itself. sure, the gameplay can be fun at times- but its no fun when the core game play resolves around human players. And as of right now, no one is playing it. The story mode will keep you interested for a few hours...but even then, the story is generic.

Not at all like the original Front Mission game, Front Mission Evolved is a fairly generic and tedious game with horrible voice acting that repeats often with drawn out boss battles and poor combat. Do not buy unless you 100% have to play a mech game and even then, consider other options.

The soundtrack is beautiful Front Mission Evolved. For this part I have to take your hat off. Fully orchestral, as it should be in a game with this theme, in my opinion, it is often possible to animate the player on the moment that possibly would be boring. The opening song is beautiful, with an air that the military has everything to do with the game. Throughout the game are accompanied by songs that help us play, literally. Beautiful compositions that accompany the rhythm of the action, so wonderful. conclusion Front Mission Evolved could have been an infinitely better game. He ends up becoming, however, just another shooter in the third person. It lacked a personality to the game, and more attention to this last factor could have resulted in a fantastic game. It's a fun game, however, despite the flaws, but not impressive.

I compare this game, with Space Marine, both comes from a franchise with sucess in another genre. But sadly in this case Front Mission Evolved leaves too much ground to cover, the gameplay is fun, but somethings you will find it repetitive. This game is not like the others Front Mission. And is not near to MechWarrior, is more like the Transformers game because the Wanzers have poor customization.
