Haven't played the game as much but from what I've seen the game is great. This is my first Lara Croft game besides Tomb Raider so I wouldn't know if the others are better than this one but so far I like this game.
Graphics is good and the gameplay is also good. It reached my expectations.
Some things that needs to be done in game are a little confusing. When the game tells you to do something its a bit confusing and might take time to know how to do it but its playable.
Can't say anything much about the story because I haven't played it enough to know or understand it.
Would be fun to play with friends though for sure!
That was suddenly unexpected...Pit_52 | Jan. 24, 2015 | See all Pit_52's reviews »
Sadly, the 2nd part of the great spin off Lara Croft and The Guardian of Light is far below even the lowest expectations... I'm not even counting tech issues and optimisation stuff which are horrible, I'm trying to find at least single similar to LC:GOL to be at least on the same level or better... but it's useless to search for that... Concept was great, this game was supposed to make expansion/improvement from previous instalment, but it didn't... Coop for 2 was far better then for 4, riddles are easy or strange... but not difficult, LC GOL had far better riddles, gameplay is the same or even worse cause the characters sometimes aren't moving like you want, this game requires dozen patches, fixes and some dlc that should be free cause seriously at this point, game doesn't exist for me... Love every Tomb Raider game and LC:GOL, but not this one... Lara Croft and the temple of Osiris is large disappointment. Final score 35/100, only because it's Lara Croft and i have soft heart for her, should be maximum 20/100 !

I bought this because I enjoyed the Guardian of Light, but I am sorely disappointed. I didn't do my homework to see what others have said about this game and made the assumption that it will be at least on the same level as the previous iteration. I was wrong. Right off the get go, I notice the input lag (feels like it takes a good half a second for the characters to react to the controls). The second thing i noticed is that the game is very choppy, to the point that I got dizzy in the first level.
I would not recommend this game until the publisher patched the performance issues. I hope it comes soon, otherwise it is currently sitting on my virtual shelf, collecting virtual dust. I'm giving it 30 because I do think this will be a fun little ride once it becomes playable.
