To be honest I wasn't expecting much when I got this game. When I actually played it for the first time I was surprised.
The graphics are satisfying and simple. They go well with the game and don't distract from the gameplay. Taking on the waves of zombies is challenging and intense. It starts out easy but gets progressively harder after each wave. Soon you'll be desperate for health packs while trying to maintain your base.
The one downside in my opinion is the lack of turrets. I would've preferred more of them or the ability to upgrade. Then again after getting the turrets up a lot of money (scrap metal) goes into building and maintaining the walls so it balances itself out.
The sound effects are good but tend to get a bit repetitive after a while. Especially because there's no ammo so most player will probably stick to whatever is the best weapon they happen to have for the majority of the game.
Overall it's a great game with lots of replay value. It's intense and loads of fun. I definitely recommend getting Over 9000 Zombies. I can't wait to see where this game will go as it's being developed.

The main thing in this game is: Killing zombies.
I've played this game with a friend and it was a lot of fun. The graphics are nicely done especially for a platformers. The blood in this game is amazing, it's one of the best thing in this game. The gameplay is pretty good but sometimes it glitches a little bit. The soundtrack is great, it really fits the game.
This game is worth full price for platformers and zombie fans otherwise I would wait for a sale.
