Sword of Vermilion was a game that holds a very special place in my heart. I was quite young when I first ventured forth into this world, but it left me with memories that would last a lifetime. It's in keeping with the old J-RPG/Phantasy Star games of its time, but with refreshing real-time combat mechanics and a satisfying sense of progression that will leave you wanting more. If you've enjoyed either Phantasy Star or games like Star Ocean, you should really check this out.
Fancy yourself a gaming aficionado? Don't let this one pass you by! It's a purchase that you're certain to not regret.

I remember playing this game a long time ago. It is pretty outdated now but we shouldn't be too harsh. There are better games than this in the same genre (both indie and pro) but if you are fan of retro gaming, it may be worth trying.

Unfortunately this game is really hard to play now. This is very old RPG and its mechanics are unacceptable today. Maybe years ago someone could play Swords of Vermilion with pleasure, but it's quite impossible now. Only for fans with sentiment to this game, if you didn't play it before - belive me, you don't want to play it now.
