It's neither a God of War nor any other RPGs.
This is something like a movie whose director is just you. You make your own choices, you make your own history, you make your own story, you choose and follow your own fate.
This game is absolutely fantastic. Yes, it has some bad flaws such as dated textures, stiffed animations especially on characters' faces, no mini map, a little stuttering and frame drop. But the good definitely outway the bad.

If you are into the mythology the game offers and like action RPG's, you are going to enjoy this game. It also offers a nifty dialog system that offers some nice (if not very meaningful) choices. The script was decent enough even though you probably heard this story already and the voice acting was nice. This may not be the best game on the market, but I didn't experience any glaring bugs or broken mechanics when playing this game, the gameplay was smooth, the levels were diverse enough and never outstayed their welcome.
A bit outdated but it has personalityDukePaul | May 28, 2013 | See all DukePaul's reviews »
This game is not perfect, it has some bad flaws such as bad quality textures, stiffed animations, the exploration parts are very interesting but it has awesome voices for the characters and epic music, the excellent fighting system with freedom to fit your combat style and finishing moves with a good use of slow-motion. The skill tree and experience system will keep you busy for hours.
If you want an epic adventure in the Ancient Greece with monsters and some hack & slasch action, this is your game.

This game is a prime example for a game the holds your attention through it's gameplay time, but you forget it instantly after. There's nothing particularly wrong with it, it just fails to stand out. The game is basically a hack&slash which takes place in the ancient Greece, you can fight with vaiours weapons, you can upgrade yourself, you can converse with other characters, all the basics you'd expect are here. The story is not bad and I think it's really appealing for fans of the ancient Greek mitology. The game is filled with dialogues and references to other legends, mitological creatures etc. The graphics feels a bit dated today and the camera is often awkward, also the game can be finished in less than 10 hours so it's not really long either. Fans of the ancient lore should give it a try, but it's not hard to find a better game in this genre.
