If you're a BF4 fanatic, you likely already purchased BF4 Premium. If you're a casual BF4 player or looking for something different (and IMO more fun) from CoD, this pack is definitely of high quality.
As of this writing, the SUAV (gadget you get from this DLC) is ridiculously overpowered. Which is something I imagine DICE will fix pretty soon when they're done stabilizing the server code. Depending on your own taste in BF4 balance, the SUAV is something that made me LOL while using as well as feel bad for taking advantage of it. Make of this what you will.
The maps are all very high quality. Each of the four maps offer different play styles and tactics, offering very different experiences. You probably already know that BF4 is one of the best looking games out right now, and GuiLin Peaks is definitely a map that showcases the prowess of the Frostbite engine and is easily one of my favorite maps.
However, there is a big downside to this DLC (and all of CoD's map packs). I love this pack and the maps, but for $15 I think it's a bit steep. If you're planning to spend lots of hours in BF4's very robust multiplayer, definitely go for BF4 Premium. If BF3's map packs are of any indication, it's going to be a good investment.
