I like it

A FPS something other than what we have seen in recent years, faster gameplay and more dynamic, a game recommended.

Just another FPS Bulletstorm is what we are used to, except that it has a somewhat different pattern to fashion FPS (CoD, Halo, BF), this game has something that hits you pretty and has many ways to kill the enemy, either melee or with your whip or the few but brutal weapons in game and of course you can also use the environment.

The gameplay of this game is common like everyone, what I mean by dynamic is that you have to do Skillshots and find a unique way to kill an enemy with either the famous bullets Headshot or put him in the butt or just pierce the throat and many others and the environment. Both the keyboard and the mouse do a role, quite comfortable playability and accurate as I need ability to how to kill the enemy. The command is also comfortable for those who like to play more with your XBOX360 control is also a good choice.

The game is very well optimized unlike other games but if you have a very good optimization in my case the game moves fluid at a rate of more than 60 FPS without any slump, the particle effect is well done and well done.

In the area of graphics the game has good graphic quality, a fairly well-made textures and effects in water or blood, smoke, toxic fumes are well done, the quality of shadows are well done also the same as the explosions, but as I said the graphics are not important.

The sound, the more fascinated I really play it in English, one hears better swearing, insults etc, tastes are tastes, bullets, sounds and music enemies or environment play well, the effects of when you stick a Headshot an enemy or throat heard of disgust (in a good way, very filthy stuff themselves).

Innovation, because for me it is the first game in which you use a lot of things to kill, but he added the whip although I have seen a game where we also handle a whip but do not remember.

To conclude the game is quite entertaining and very good at playing solo or coop. The truth is a recommended game if you want something other than FPS fashion Bulletstorm is a good choice.

Beautifully grotesque yet uber fun game

This was a sleeper hit of it's year. too bad the sequel was never made. Bulletstorm is a fresh take on fps genre and with it's 'Kill with skill' usp, the game really rewards players based upon their method of shooting. Storyline is also quite enjoyable and there is never a dull moment in the entire game. This game lacked MP which was compensated with 4player Co-Op mode. Bulletstorm is a must play for those who want a mindless fun fps.

Great fun FPS game

Ridiculously fun and different FPS. I liked the shooting system as they put more ways to kill enemies. Graphics is not breath-taking or ground-breaking, but OK. The best thing about this game is it's story. No freaking plots that confuse you, it is clear as water. Character portrayal is excellent. This game is one endless freaking funny FPS one should play.

What you'd expect for the developers behind Painkiller

barniman | March 28, 2013 | See all barniman's reviews »

People Can Fly proved they worth in the industry with Painkiller, a great, action-heavy, mindless shooter. This game is really great when you just want to turn yourself off and put your brain in jar for a while. Shoot, shoot, airshot, kick, slide and lastly shoot. That's what it's all about, killing with skill, killing fast, killing everything that moves. If you ever played serious sam or painkiller and the likes you'll feel right at home. The graphics are still beautiful, the story is nothing to write home about, but that's not what this genre is about anyway. Sadly it can get a bit tedious towards the end, but apart from that a worthy timewaster.

killing with style

Bulletstorm succeeds in renewing the traditional formula of the shooter, offering a gameplay mechanics at the same time classic and innovative, based on the pure accumulation of points. This is supported by good ideas in terms of design and offer playful and irreverent humor and very enjoyable. The downside is composed of a non-exceptional longevity, supported in part by a cooperative destined not to last for more than a few sessions, and a second half of the single player campaign on several occasions that tends to slow down the frantic pace of 'start, losing its bite just before the final rebound. Despite these defects do not allow the title to reach the end of grade higher, the work of People Can Fly will offer you hours of pure fun and carefree, proposing a new philosophy for all fans of shooters, to which of course the product is recommended.
