It doesn't have all of DLCs!Furrek | July 13, 2015 | See all Furrek's reviews »
While I love to buy games in collection/game of the year editions, this one simply doesn't have all of DLCs. Maybe if there was European Cities in this collection it could be worth buying, since it add new campaign and some stuff, but DLC with few buses and a ferry... ? If you are a person who just enjoys this kind of tycoon games, you can get it. Keep in mind DLCs are nothing special and cost much, and game alone have many bugs (like multiplayer which is really bad...). It's also simple tycoon game, so don't expect from it to be expanded and complicated.
DLCs add much varietymahon | May 27, 2015 | See all mahon's reviews »
The Cities in Motion games address the subject of managing traffic and transportation in modern cities. While the first game was more about real cities, the second one is more about variety and options. So it is good to get it with all the DLCs and expansions that are available for the game. This collection includes a pack of DLCs which add new vehicles, means of transportation, some new landmarks, all of which change and enrich the gaming experience. And with all the new options, the possible strategies are much more varied and the game is more interesting, so I think it's better to get it with the DLCs.
