Could be the worst simulator..

Despite a basic concept that could appeal if properly exploited, Police Simulator 2 doesn't happen at any time to give some fun to the players, the uninteresting missions, graphics from another century and definitely non user-friendly interface, there were some bunch of simulator out in the couple of past years, but i'm afraid this the worst one.

Not for everyone

I'm a sim fan in general, I'll try almost any simulation games. And Police Sim 2 lurks obscurely in the middle-ground of sims I've played. While not really very good, it's also not really very bad. It took me quite a while to get the hang of things, I found the interface to be very unintuitive but that may just be me. It also looks a little dated, think somewhere around Sim City 2000. So while it doesn't look great, it's still passable. In terms of gameplay, you can really sink a lot of time into this. You will need a certain measure of patience and a lot of practice. Once you get the hang of the game, and understand how shifts work, how patrols work, and how best to respond to crimes, you will be rewarded. The game has surprising depth, but it's only really a game for hardcore sim fans or police fans (if there is such a thing). So if you really like your simulation games, it's definitely worth a shot when it's on sale.

Dull game

I must admit I have only played this game for a couple of hours but probably will not put it in my PC again to be honest. The description makes the game out to be reasonably exciting and fun game to play but it's a chore and a bore to play. The graphics are ugly and the music/sound are poorly done. Maybe if I had persevered with it a bit more the latter stages are a bit more entertaining but I won't be giving it that chance.

Good

This game is suprisingly good. The missions are long, the campaign is good and there are several achievements which keep the replay value pretty high. The graphics are dated, but that helps older computers enjoy the game. The gameplay is actually extremely fun and doesn't get boring quickly like most simulators do. This is a really good game and I would recommend it to any simulator fan looking for a wonderful experience.

Police Sim 2

Police Sim 2 is a deep strategy game, mostly about managing and scheduling the police worker shift for maximum efficiency. This game probably wouldn't appeal to someone who wants a quick game for fun. But for someone who wants a deep intelligent strategy game, this is just for them. The game has the best of the first one without the bad of the first one.
