Fairies, Vampires, and Wolves Oh My!

You are now capable of creating a fairy, with a variation of wings and colors, a wolf whom transforms into a beast in the full moon, or a vampire whom drinks blood and lurks the night. Witches are also a supernatural being you can choose, get your own wand and perform magic and duel with other witches. This is ultimately my favorite expansion pack out of the entire Sims 3 series, I recommend to anyone and everyone.

Always Liked the Cartoony Side of the Sims? Here you go.

If you're one of those people who has always appreciated the cartoony side of the Sims, this is the expansion for you. You'll spend hours upon hours cursing sims you hate and having little fairy babies float around your house. This expansion adds entire races other than sims, adding an entirely new dimension to the game. The expansion adds an astonishing amount of content, arguably the most overall of all Sims 3 expansions. Even if you don't want to create Sims of other species, it still adds a fair amount of other content types that any Simmer could enjoy. Like it for the creatures? Get Dragon Valley too for a bigger experience.

Promising, but it's non-applicable

This is a great expansion pack, very enjoyable, but I can't see myself playing this again. It's a nice leeway from your natural sims, but this just can't be used in normal everyday gameplay. Its a nice occasional thing, but it's very distracting in normal gameplay. This is fun when you specifically want to play with your "monster" side, but its just impractical. The most annoying aspect is the "zombie" invasions, which are a pain to deal with, especially when you've got outdoor items. Luckily, those can be turned off in the options menu.
