Not sure if this was an upgrade from 2k7rslancer | Aug. 12, 2014 | See all rslancer's reviews »
I have the 2k7 on the console and honestly I'm not sure if this was a big enough upgrade to warrant the purchase. I figured in 4 years time graphics would have an upgrade (which there is) and perhaps more realistic gaming; however, in the end the NBA 2k series is rather arcade like and you'll still be able to grab a player and avg 50 points a game with him just because you fee like it.
But hey we all enjoy it and buy it year after year. this is no different. get it on sale for 5 bucks and just enjoy it.
So what's the deal?adrianching7 | Aug. 10, 2014 | See all adrianching7's reviews »
The one thing that I like in 2K11 is the fact that we can actually play as M.J instead of trying to custom our character to look like him. The graphics in this game actually isn't that bad for a 2011 game and I would say it's not that far from the 2k14 edition.
I would still recommend the 2K14 edition but if you don't have the extra money to spend then definitely go for this one.
This is a must have for Jordan fans and I can guarantee it won't let you down. So step right in and experience the world of 2K11 NOW!

Honestly, in my opinion i feel that this game oversells itself.
Gameplay is fine graphics are okay. But in my honest opinion. One should be getting 2K14 which have more polished gameplay and graphics.
The difference of only 10 dollars it is totally worth it. 10 bucks for good quality experience i say it's a better good deal.
2K11 is considered an old franchise with the old graphics from 2010. You may encounter glitches and for some graphic may feel a little old.
Just get 2K14 when it is on sale totally worth it.
