When I had an oportunity, I quickly felt in love with this game. It has all features, that made EU series so popular and gives new and so fascinating historical era. Now all of us can make from the republic geat empire and call himself ceasar. But if you choose staing in the republic, you'll challenge senate with each character named and with personality. Political games never was so fascinating.

You may choose if you want to play as the Emperor or a leader of barbarian horde - every time gameplay will look different. You have several historical periods to start, from the beginning of the Empire to it's dusk. The gameplay is pretty complex - every minute youll have to deal with difficult decisions. You have to make good contact with the senatus, or youll have a very difficult time trying to beat your opponents inside your country! The game looks good, the map is beautiful and you may choose map filters as you like. You have to remember - there's no battle mode - battles are automatically solved. Strongly recommend that game if you love that historical period and complex games.
