Ten fantastic single-player maps make up this Civilization V DLC pack designed by Firaxis Games. Five of the maps are based on real-world locations, chosen for their historical interest and gameplay possibilities. The remaining five are scripted map environments. These maps will change from game to game, but will focus on an exciting gameplay theme. From the arid Sandstorm to the lush Amazon, and from the Caribbean to the Bering Strait, these maps will give skillful Civilization V players new lands to conquer!

This map pack is one of the better pack deals the game has to offer. Most packs give one or two maps for $3, but this one gives 10 for $5. At fifty cents per map, it is a wonderful deal. The best part is that half of these are still real world places. This is great for me as I like to do YouTube series on games like this and real world maps allows me to reenact historic wars against other players (using the correct civilizations at least). There is a lot of fun that can be had here and it is worth the $5. If you want more packs or you need more areas to play on with friends, this is the pack to get.
I give this pack a 90. I would like maps to be a bit less expensive for maps, say 30 cents, but either way this is still one of the cheaper packs.

When playing vanilla Civ V, you may have thought that the map selection is a bit limited. This fantastic DLC adds real-life historical locations/events, set in The British Isles, Japan, the Caribbean and a lot of other places.
Overall, it's a great DLC with a lot of content and a must-buy for Civ fans. The price may seem high for a DLC, but it's well worth the content!

This is an astonishing addition to the game, as it includes real world scenarios.. This means that you can play your favorite real time strategy game in real historical locations. What's there not to like, right?
Well, the only thing you'd might hate is the price, as it is a bit much for this dlc, but it's one of great quality nonetheless.
