During #EGX, we are giving away free games to anyone that visits our booth! However, we have had some feedback from you guys and have found that some of codes are not working correctly – if this is true for you then don’t worry! We know exactly how you can fix it!
Currently, some of the EGX Mystery Game codes have only 19 characters (with a missing “-“), like this:
XXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX
When they should be 20 characters long (including two “-“s), like this:
XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX
In order for it to work, there should be a “-” present after every 6 digits. If your code is missing this then just add it in when you claim your game and HEY PRESTO, your code will work perfectly!
