Forspoken puts you in the shoes of Frey Holland, someone who\u2019s been randomly isekai\u2019d into the world of Athia, and has to come to terms with the fact that this isn\u2019t the world they know, and also that they can do magic now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re looking forward to this story of might, magic, and sarcasm, then you\u2019re about to learn when you can drop into Athia yourself and get to the fighting. Also, there\u2019s parkour, which is usually good fun too. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While Forspoken was initially meant to be coming out fairly soon, it\u2019s now been delayed until January 24, 2023. This was apparently due<\/a> to \u201congoing discussions with key partners,\u201d and was mostly for polish more than anything else. The reason itself is an odd one, but we imagine it\u2019s due to feedback being that it simply needs more time in the game dev oven, or just to move out of the way of an incredibly stacked end of 2022. Seriously, you\u2019re going to be constantly barraged with huge games for the next few months. Prepare yourself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
