Alex carries two decades of video-game deal-making under his belt. His r\u00e9sum\u00e9 spans senior roles at Electronic Arts (EA)\u2014where he led Codemasters sales where he led Codemasters sales before joining the New Ventures team as part of the acquisition\u2014as well as Wargaming, Jagex and GAME Entertainment, Activision, Acclaim, Maxis, and consulting stints for dozens of PC and console studios. Whether steering AAA launches or cultivating indie gems, he\u2019s earned a reputation for turning promising concepts into commercial success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What the Role Means for Studios<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n


Alex will be scouting emerging studios, franchises, and tech with breakout potential, and then coordinating internal publishing, marketing, and distribution teams around each acquisition. A core focus will be creating partnerships that sets every game up for long-term success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the ink is dry, stewardship will shift to our Publishing & Growth divisions, ensuring each title enjoys lifetime discoverability and revenue optimisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
