OK, so all i hear these days is hating For Honor for no logic reason! maybe yeah, the game had some issues when it launched, but please it's a ubisoft game after all, so it should be a normal thing although there are lots of games which has some issues when they being launched but the important thing is most of those issues thanks to the devs are now completely over! and the game runs so smooth with such a beautiful graphics and the game play is so fun and challenging which i dare to call this the king of melee games! and also the season pass adds some really cool stuff the the base game which makes it more enjoyable and worthwhile , so if you enjoyed the base game (if you have it and you didn't pay a visit for a long time just boot it and you will be amazed!) the season pass is really a great deal for you, you most probably will NOT regret it, especially if you buy it on sale.
Why the fork is everyone hating this season pass without knowing anything about it ? Season pass is an easy way to unlock new-coming champions and the system works exactly the same as rainbow six siege if you have a season pass you will get an elite costume set for each character and they look cool ! as we come to the champ status its pretty useless 30 days just melt like you didn't even use it. I personally recommend the season pass but for some people it might not seem useful since you can buy the new champions for 15 k steel which i can grind it in 6 to 7 days but i prefer to test them 7 days earlier and waste all my grind money to cosmetics because #Fashionsouls i currently have 405 hours on the game so i know what i am talking about and not like these people who write a review after playing it like 10 hours. This game is a hard to love game but when you love it you cant let go of it.
The backlash For Honor is getting is mostly the same backlash I remember from when the original Gears of War came out. People made up all sorts of excuses to hate it - notably the chainsaw glitch in Gears and occasional connectivity issues in FH. In reality, both games were/are groundbreaking titles that suffered from hiccups most new IP's face. Both games have a punishing learning curve and for that it's easy to blame the servers. Short of saying "git gud," I believe gamers need to give For Honor a chance. It's a beautifully satisfying new way to fight that even gives DS a run for its money. Last thing - keep bashing bold new IP's like this and we'll keep getting re-skinned clones of 2012 games. Accept that For Honor DOES have connectivity issues, but look past that and find the best melee combat system ever made. Oh, and git gud scrub.
For Honor's Season Pass will give you access to some new cosmetic items that include an emote effect, costumes for six upcoming new characters, and three new emblem outlines that act as the border for your avatar in the game. You get some content to help you unlock new equipment such as a boost that will help you earn more XP and gain more loot that can be equipped on your characters in the Dominion game mode, you also get three loot boxes that will give you items for the characters that you choose. The final thing you get is early access to six upcoming characters, these characters will be free but will require in-game currency to unlock for people without the pass so it will also save you some steel that can be used for cosmetic items, emotes, executions, gear, etc. It's a high price to pay for something that isn't needed and if you plan on playing the game enough to want the cosmetics so much you will likely earn the needed in game currency to get the characters and loot anyway but if you like the exclusive cosmetics or want early access to the heroes this might be worth it for you.
