Role responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day ownership of key performance marketing channels PPC, SEO, display and paid social.
  • Careful planning of performance marketing campaigns around key business events such as product releases and sale periods.
  • Alongside agency, set up and execution of PPC campaigns, including ad copy development, target-setting, optimisation and internal reporting.
  • Execution of paid social campaigns, from taking a brief, to setting target groups, writing ad copy, then reporting back to internal stakeholders.
  • Display advertising during key times of the year. Briefing the agency, setting KPI’s, developing creative (alongside design team) and reporting.

  • A demonstrable focus on ROI, CPAs and/or COS (cost of sale) when managing paid media campaigns.
  • Experience managing external vendors/agencies.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience using web analytics tools to deliver business reporting.

Extra Marks:

Data Protection Officer

Role responsibilities:
  • Advise on the further implementation of GDPR and help us ensure compliance with the data protection and e-Privacy guidelines (EU and UK)
  • Advising the business on processor management and third party relationships and agreements (DPAs, SCCs)
  • Promote data protection awareness through face-to-face training sessions and the development of educational material
  • To develop/advise on formal procedures for reporting incidents (data breach notification)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Fraud Analyst to join our Fraud and Payments team in London. Ideally this will be someone who loves solving problems, enjoys manipulating lots of data and wants to help us fight fraud. You’ll be joining a small team of dedicated and experienced Fraud Analysts and you will be on the frontline detecting and preventing fraud!

Every day you will:
  • Identify potential suspicious behaviour on our website.
  • Monitor and investigate transactions via internal and external fraud prevention systems.
  • Undertake proactive analysis of transactional and customer records; link transactions and accounts to known or suspected fraudulent MO’s and identify fraud trends.
  • Recommend improvements to the fraud prevention processes.
  • Manage chargeback and dispute cases across a variety of systems and payment providers.
  • Provide analysis on fraud trends and chargeback levels to management.
  • Troubleshoot payment issues and assist Customer Support.
  • Analyse payment data as needed.
  • Engage with customers, payment providers and other third parties on matters relating to fraud prevention and/or payments.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Fraud Prevention in an ecommerce environment and a good grasp of ecommerce fraud MOs and tactics used by fraudsters to commit fraud.
  • A good understanding of fraud rule management and fraud prevention systems.
  • A good understanding of payment processes (cards & alternative payment methods).
  • Good data analysis skills – Excel is a must have.

Logistics

Our office is in Kings Cross, in central London. You will be working in the office between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, most of the time, however you will also regularly work late shifts and ‘from home’ shifts including weekends, bank holidays and evenings. Role overview

Green Man Gaming is expanding its marketing team, with a strong focus on customer retention. We are looking for a talented, hardworking and driven individual to support the CRM Manager in developing a best-in-class customer lifecycle programme. You will support the CRM Manager in the creation and execution of all CRM activity across multiple channels such as email, SMS and push notifications. We are looking to take our programme to the next level, so it’s an exciting opportunity for an aspiring CRM professional to be involved in something new and innovative.


Responsibilities:
  • Support the CRM Manager in delivering an enhanced CRM strategy for Green Man Gaming across the entire customer lifecycle
  • Coordinating campaigns from end to end, including the build and delivery of emails through our 3rd party ESP
  • Alongside the trading and marketing teams, create communication calendars, then plan and deliver each campaign
  • Coordinate and collect content from relevant teams to then brief the development of communications
  • To work with the email service provider, ensuring target lists and email creative are delivered, and then executed correctly and on time
  • Ensuring all communications and engaging, on-brand and appropriate to the target audience
  • Improving deliverability and reducing spam complaints
  • Continuously optimizing emails and increasing open and click through rates
  • To ensure the tracking mechanisms are in place to track all CRM activity
  • Testing all data selection and email communications before they are sent out. To also ensure all email campaigns are thoroughly tested and optimized for mobile
  • Ensuring that all email campaigns are 100% accurate with regards to pricing, grammar and layout
  • Monitoring competitor emails and industry best practice to ensure you are kept up to date with eCRM trends
  • Delivery of campaign monitoring and reporting against KPIs, including delivery of daily, weekly, monthly reporting framework

Role overview

Software Engineers are key to building and maintaining the Green Man Gaming and Playfire experiences as well as delivering the scalability required by an aggressively growing business. We need more Software Engineers to help us manage the delivery of the team against these exciting platform requirements. This is a key and exciting role within the global Engineering team, responsible for the delivery of technology projects against key milestones. You’ll be working on maintaining the existing and developing new high-performance, high-availability backend (micro) services for handling transactions and other actions of our users and managing the flow of data between On-Line Transaction Processing layer and On-Line Analytical Processing Layer. You will also work on implementing various data mining and analysis algorithms prepared by Business Intelligence. 


Job Description:
  • Object-oriented and/or functional programming skills in at least one of: Python, Scala, Java or Go.
  • Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
  • Integrating applications with Amazon Web Service (AWS).
