Presentation Development:
Whether it be for games publishers, developers or suppliers, Green Man Gaming produces a wealth of presentations. They need to be exciting, well-crafted and highly polished.
  • Taking briefs from internal stakeholders such as trading, marketing and senior management for development of external facing presentations.
  • Collating all the relevant content such as imagery, data and USP’s for inclusion in the presentations.
  • Building the presentations in either Keynote or PowerPoint to a high standard.
  • Working with internal stakeholders to refine and perfect presentations to a level whereby they are ready for external viewing.
Design Traffic Management:
Our team of talented designers are constantly producing high-quality designs across our desktop, mobile and tablet platforms. They produce a lot, so maintaining high organizational standards are key.
  • Maintain a schedule of Green Man Gaming campaigns and ensure it is always up-to-date
  • Ensure internal stakeholders complete briefs for campaigns and that those briefs are approved and submitted into the design team
  • Manage the flow of design assets throughout the business, ensuring that all key stakeholders have visibility and opportunity to provide feedback
  • Maintain version control and logical asset storage across all creative designs

Role overview

Green Man Gaming are looking for an adaptable, intelligent and practical Business Analyst who has an interest in progressing into project management to support the development and integration of a wide range of exciting eCommerce and social commerce tools into its core platform. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and understanding the business needs of our organisation within specific projects and operational improvement initiatives. The BA will then work with the Product Manager and Engineering team, to ensure that the requirements are accurately translated into system implementations. The BA will report to the SVP of Product and will be required to work closely with Project, Engineering & QA managers. This is a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of GMG’s product roadmap and the successful candidate will be involved in every aspect of the GMG’s business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proactive positive attitude and approach. This role is for initial 3 months period with an option to move to permanent role in the future.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • A minimum of 2 years working on large/complex projects in an agile environment
  • Working with 3rd party suppliers to gather technical documentation and identify areas of complexity
  • Working with senior business owners and C-level stakeholders to gather/analyse/define requirements and business value/success indicators

Digital Designer

Role overview

Green Man Gaming is looking for a talented digital designer with great technical design skills and a sparkling portfolio to join our dedicated in-house design team. We need someone who can create great designs and experiences for our customers in the fast-paced ecommerce gaming world. You will be working closely with various departments within Green Man Gaming and will be responsible for repurposing existing artwork to new uses by creating a wide range of materials including social media images, website merchandising and other marketing assets with typography in several languages. As well as the external tasks of merchandising the site, you’ll also be creating new features and experiences on site from creating wireframes, testing different scenarios to finalising the design for the engineer team. This role is ideal for someone who is excited by the creative challenges of adapting and developing original materials for different formats and devices while working to established briefs.


Responsibilities:
  • Working in a fast paced environment, produce creative and graphical content in line with briefs provided the business.
  • Create high quality assets from supplied artwork and produce page layouts, themes, email designs, site graphics, banner ads and offline collateral as needed.
  • Follow supplied templates strictly and respect the integrity of the original artwork which originates from a wide range of games publishers.
  • Design concepts for site changes and new projects (e.g. marketing campaigns and associated UX for sites).
  • Work with the product team to analyse efficiency of design content and UX and continually optimize designs to support conversion.
  • Be aware of the contribution to the wider customer experience and overall business objectives. Understand and incorporate recommendations for future projects.
Skills:

Role overview

Green Man Gaming is expanding its marketing team, with a strong focus on customer retention. We are looking for a talented, hardworking and driven individual to support the CRM Manager in developing a best-in-class customer lifecycle programme. You will support the CRM Manager in the creation and execution of all CRM activity across multiple channels such as email, SMS and push notifications. We are looking to take our programme to the next level, so it’s an exciting opportunity for an aspiring CRM professional to be involved in something new and innovative.


Responsibilities:
  • Support the CRM Manager in delivering an enhanced CRM strategy for Green Man Gaming across the entire customer lifecycle
  • Coordinating campaigns from end to end, including the build and delivery of emails through our 3rd party ESP
  • Alongside the trading and marketing teams, create communication calendars, then plan and deliver each campaign
  • Coordinate and collect content from relevant teams to then brief the development of communications
  • To work with the email service provider, ensuring target lists and email creative are delivered, and then executed correctly and on time
  • Ensuring all communications and engaging, on-brand and appropriate to the target audience
  • Improving deliverability and reducing spam complaints
  • Continuously optimizing emails and increasing open and click through rates
  • To ensure the tracking mechanisms are in place to track all CRM activity
  • Testing all data selection and email communications before they are sent out. To also ensure all email campaigns are thoroughly tested and optimized for mobile
  • Ensuring that all email campaigns are 100% accurate with regards to pricing, grammar and layout
  • Monitoring competitor emails and industry best practice to ensure you are kept up to date with eCRM trends
  • Delivery of campaign monitoring and reporting against KPIs, including delivery of daily, weekly, monthly reporting framework
  • Ensuring adherence to Data Protection and Privacy policy and regulation

This is a key and exciting role within the global Engineering team, responsible for the delivery of technology projects against key milestones. 
Key tasks: 


  • Maintain and further develop our ASP.NET, MVC, C# shop

  • Assist other areas of the business with specifying what they need from 
 Engineering to satisfy their requirements.
  • Follow an Agile development process to get things done in a timely fashion Thoroughly QA code before it is put live.

Role overview

Software Engineers are key to building and maintaining the Green Man Gaming and Playfire experiences as well as delivering the scalability required by an aggressively growing business. We need more Software Engineers to help us manage the delivery of the team against these exciting platform requirements. This is a key and exciting role within the global Engineering team, responsible for the delivery of technology projects against key milestones. You’ll be working on maintaining the existing and developing new high-performance, high-availability backend (micro) services for handling transactions and other actions of our users and managing the flow of data between On-Line Transaction Processing layer and On-Line Analytical Processing Layer. You will also work on implementing various data mining and analysis algorithms prepared by Business Intelligence. 


Job Description:
  • Object-oriented and/or functional programming skills in at least one of: Python, Scala, Java or Go.
  • Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
  • Integrating applications with Amazon Web Service (AWS).
  • Documentation of systems being developed and deployed
  • Maintaining security of the code through more specific tests 

  • Some understanding of application design-patterns, web services, etc.
