Game description

"An exhilarating adventure teeming with unique things to see and do- and most importantly, people to stab." - PCGamer

"Its beautiful vision of 15th-century Rome is just one of many reasons to get lost in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood." - GameSpot

Live and breathe as Ezio, a legendary Master Assassin, in his enduring struggle against the powerful Templar Order. He must journey into Italy’s greatest city, Rome, center of power, greed and corruption to strike at the heart of the enemy.

Defeating the corrupt tyrants entrenched there will require not only strength, but leadership, as Ezio commands an entire Brotherhood who will rally to his side. Only by working together can the Assassins defeat their mortal enemies.

And for the first time, introducing an award-winning multiplayer layer that allows you to choose from a wide range of unique characters, each with their own signature weapons and assassination techniques, and match your skills against other players from around the world.

It’s time to join the Brotherhood.

The Digital Deluxe Edition Includes:

  • 2 Exclusive Single-Player Maps**: The Trajan Market & The Aqueduct

  • 2 Multiplayer Characters:

The Officer - Death's Finest Ally: Few have seen him. Even fewer have lived to tell about it. Fear is his friend, and Death is his ally.

The Harlequin - The Walking Nightmare: Behind the gaudy costume and twisted smile lies the soul of a merciless Assassin.

  • 1 Ezio Skin

  • Helmschmied Drachen Armor: Fashioned by the Helmschmied Armory in 1489, only a few sets were completed due to the weight of the metal. Very few men proved strong enough to wear it.

Key Features:

  • MASTER THE POSSIBILITIES : As Ezio, a legendary Master Assassin, experience over 15 hours of single-player gameplay set in the living, breathing, unpredictable city of Rome.

  • LEAD A LEGENDARY BROTHERHOOD : Recruit and train promising young Assassins. Deploy them across the city as you see fit, or call upon them to aid you in your quests.

Once More a Sequel Done Right

After the surprisingly good game that was Assassin's Creed 2, a question came to everyone's minds. Could Ubisoft do it again? Either keep the same level of quality or improve it even more? Well, they could, and they did. Assassin's Creed Brotherhood is my personal favorite game of the series. It's not a massive jump in quality such as the second game was to the first. However, it did improve even more on something that was already impressive. The story picks up exactly where the second one left, and it introduces new systems such as the Brotherhood (shocking!), where you can recruit assassins and build your own team of assassins. What's sad, though, is that this was the beginning of the end. While everyone waited for Assassin's Creed 3, Ubisoft decided to release some unnumbered sequels that didn't require so much effort as a new instillment. Brotherhood is like a spin off but not really. It's the first sequel to come out one year after the previous, starting a trend that would almost kill the series. Despite that, Assassin's Creed Brotherhood is a great game that deserves your attention. Play it with confidence that you're still playing some high quality Assassin's Creed.

It's all down hill from here!

Brotherhood is the answer to the question, "Can it get any better than Assassin's Creed II?" And the answer was yes it can. With this deluxe edition you can experience Brotherhood in its entirety. The best thing to say about this game is probably the addition of multiplayer to the series. Something you didn't ask for, but kind of wanted. It delivers unique gameplay that has since been repeated in future iterations that follow. You also get to summon and use...a brotherhood. You get to recruit other assassins in the main story and level them up and eventually shop off their finger and watch them fall into hay stacks from incredible heights. The game is bigger than ACII and the story feels more personal here than the last. The upgrade system is back and so is the weapon system. If you can pick it up, most likely you can kill someone with it. DISCLAIMER though: You do need to play ACII to understand this story. A great game in the Assassin's Creed series, and sadly it might have been the last one. Such is what happens when you find a gold mine...you have to keep digging and pump one out every year. The vein however is running dry...
