”Fantastic missions, outrageous weapons, and awesome vehicles make the open-world mayhem of Saints Row: The Third an absolute blast." - GameSpot
”Saints Row: The Third gives the people what they want and drops us into an open world adult theme park where we can treat ourselves to delightful acts of bloodshed and perversion. It doesn't take itself too seriously and only asks that you don't, either." - IGN
Years after taking Stilwater for their own, the Third Street Saints have evolved from street gang to household brand name, with Saints sneakers, Saints energy drinks and Johnny Gat bobble head dolls all available at a store near you.
The Saints are kings of Stilwater, but their celebrity status has not gone unnoticed. The Syndicate, a legendary criminal fraternity with pawns in play all over the globe, has turned its eye on the Saints and demands tribute. Refusing to kneel to the Syndicate, you take the fight to Steelport, a once-proud metropolis reduced to a struggling city of sin under Syndicate control.
Take a tank skydiving, call in a satellite-targeted airstrike on a Mexican wrestling gang, and defend yourself against a highly-trained military force using only a sex toy in the most out- landish gameplay scenarios ever seen, igniting a city-wide war that will set Steelport on fire.
Strap it on.

Saints Row 2 was a great game. It was the best alternative to the GTA series when it was released, but it was kind of obessed with being better than its competitor. Saints Row: The Third is different, it is a game that accepts itself and embrace its true nature. Saints Row: The Third feels like playing a game with cheats -specially if you have all the DLCs-. Get naked on the street and scandalize everyone around you. Put on the most ridiculous outfit you can find, get a car, drive as far as you can, don't mind the pedestrians or the police, explode everything around you using a 8-bit tank or a giant skein. Unleash a zombie apocalypse just using a phone call. Saints Row is a world of possibilities and all of them are fun as hell. Plenty of hours of gameplay featuring many activities and missions as well as a pretty good -laggy, but ok- cooperative mode.
For some reason the pc port of saints row 2 is really bad, so I can't really recomend that, but I can asure you that this game is really worth your time. The graphics are good for someone that doesn't have a high end pc, the story isn't too complicated but it will make you want to finish it, the characters are really fun and the weapon upgreades are so good, you can dual wield smgs that set your enemies on fire and use gadgets to take control of military vehicles and everything is just so much fun, even if it's not as ridiculous as saints row 4.
These are the three words that define this game: When this game came out,the only valuable open world game we got were GTA,the other were just concept and while Saints Row 2 did improve the first one and make the license a thing, some people still thought this was just a pale ripoff. This third installement of the saints row franchise make the game what it is today : A funny and random GTA with some bunch of funny things to do! The story is actually pretty good and while some people will find it random and not fun,the characters are really funny and both pretty great , (Pierce for example),the story missions are just here to showcase what you can do in the open world that is Saints Row 3 because yes, this game, its all about the huge world to explore and mess with. You got tons of guns, cars, activities and side misssions to which make the game really generous and full of awesome content! Also Volition bet a lot about the customization and they done that right, you play with your character and upgrade him just with your playstyle, its a wonderful thing that i love about the game! So yeah,go get it,very cool and generous game ,its one of these games to play when you're bored!
Saints Row is an unusual franchise. What started off as a Microsoft exclusive to be an alternative to Sony's Grand Theft Auto turned into an over-the-top, humorous, and entertaining open world game filled with randomness and joy. I've played every game and by far this was the turning point of Saints Row being something great. I enjoyed the first two, but Saints Row: The Third took the series to new heights and made it far more entertaining than any GTA game I've played. Not only does this game have an incredibly engrossing story, but it also has cooperative play. This is a great game to play with a friend and I'd highly recommend it for anyone that enjoys any kind of open world experience.
This is just such a fun game. It's utterly stupid and doesn't try to hide that fact - and that's what makes it fun. And the music...! Never have I had so many tunes I love and which actually FIT the game before. It plays well, there is tons to do (bored of main missions? Try skydiving in a panda costume, or driving round town with a tiger batting you around), and you find yourself wanting to complete all the side missions because they are actually fun to do rather than mind-numbingly repetitive. There is plenty of humour throughout, a a sense of achievement when you complete the game. I am fully confident that a year after completing it I will be happy to reinstall it and play through again, making some different choices. Highly recommended, and I don't see how anyone can not enjoy this game!
