Reviews for Age of Enigma: The Secret of the Sixth Ghost

A decent PC port of a mobile hidden object and puzzle game

You control a young woman named Ashley Reeves who must gain the trust of and solve the problem of six different ghosts by going into the past and finding out what is troubling them. You are given the choice of playing either a casual or adventure difficulty, with the casual mode highlighting things and guiding you through the game instead of allowing you to roam. Unlike most games like this you are not given a list of items to find, instead you will pick up items that will need to be combined in order to solve puzzles. The puzzles include figuring out what items to combine and use, forming pictures out of misplaced images, counting objects, trying to create the correct images to match pictures, etc. Puzzles are usually pretty simple but can be skipped if you are not able to figure out the answer. Can be difficult to find where to use items sometimes as the area to use them in has to be very specific. The game is nothing special but can be enjoyable for fans of the genre or easier puzzle games.
