Game description

Meet Lemuel Barnabas. He is not a protagonist in our story, but just look at him - he’s scrappy and funny, talks to himself, likes music and long walks behind the bar. In a word - he is quite mad, but as mad as he is, he’s the one you come to for help. Help? What happened? You didn’t hear? Apparently there is this thing called Halloween. I know, I know, it sounds stupid. But there’s candy involved! Now I have your attention. The city of Dern is ostracized from the Halloween community. Everyone around you seem to know something about it, but you’re a boy, nobody is going to tell you. In this step away from the classic HO gaming take things into your own hands and find out whatever happened to Halloween.

Awful and Hard

This game is not only hard, it's very broken. I tried to play through this game 3 times and never was able to finish it. On 1 of these attempts, I actually made it to the very end and it glitched, completely halting my progress and making me unable to finish the game. I contacted the developers back when I first got the game and reported all kinds of problems with the game, but none to my knowledge have ever been fixed. I have a few friends that were never able to get through the game either. It's also incredibly difficult because there's no sense of logic in the game. You never know where to go or what you are supposed to be doing. The puzzles are frustrating, you will pick up items that you have no clue where to use them, and you will spend hours walking in circles because you don't know what to do next. My advice is to skip this game completely, but if you buy it, you will guaranteed need a guide and a lot of luck to get past the broken gameplay and the many glitches. Not recommended even if it's in a bundle.

This is no casual game

A hidden object game perfect for the 31st October. Different in its way since it features an adventure game more than a hidden object one, but the genre is the genre. Don't be fooled by the genre or the screenshots you may found, this is no casual game, or at least what I consider a casual game. Game is hard and will force you to think about its puzzles. Even when you are asking for a hint you'll have a puzzle itself since you don't know what is it talking about. You have to pay a lot of attention to every single thing in the game if you don't want to check a guide to complete it. But all that, that sounds so bad, is actually good! Because you already got a lot of casual hidden object games so easy you don't even need to check what you are doing while playing. No matter if this one has almost unsolveable puzzles, at least it is something unique.
