Fall Of Civilization is a post apocalyptic game that has you creating a faction and attempting to survive by gathering resources, developing a base, and fighting off or working with other factions. When the game starts you will name your faction, choose a color, a symbol, and a portrait for your character. Once your faction is created you can choose from four different game modes that will have you fighting all factions, trying to make peace with all remaining factions, getting a certain amount of control points, or you can play a survival mode, you choose how many other factions you want there to be, and you can also choose between four classes for your character in order to receive more ammo, supplies, provisions, or a better chance to recruit more people. You are then given a list of options where you can fill in three different slots with additional characters, additional ammo, or randomized weapons, equipment, or utility items. Finally you can choose two starting buildings for your base and the type of map you want to play on. While the options for starting a new game are nice the actual gameplay just isn't very good. The game is a turn based top down game that will have you moving your units around on a grid based map to gather resources and fight enemies. It takes too long for the other factions to finish their turns. The graphics, art style, and animations are extremely poor and look like they would just be basic unity assets with no sense of scale or interesting design when placed on the map, sound is poor. The game is in early access and has only released a little over a week ago but it has seen three updates, hopefully they will continue to improve on and add new features to the game, right now it just isn't worth it and you can find much better games for the same or an even lower price.
