The protagonist of this game is a strange man with a lamp instead his head who needs to breach out of the darkened and dangerous odd place at whatever cost. Are you ready to prove that your reaction is outstanding, shunting between sharp barriers, collecting bonuses, remembering that in the end of every dark path the light of victory awaits?

This game was ported over from mobile and it is just too simple for PC. It is a one button interface and will bore you out in 5 minutes. Although this game is only 1.89, I would definitely not recommend this game for PC users as the simplicity of the game will bore you out quickly. If the developers considered using more than 1 button, I would consider playing this game again.
Lamp Head is a low priced endless runner game where you control a man with a lamp on his head. The game is a mobile port that still leaves in elements from that, such as a beginning tutorial that tells you to tap the screen, tapping now replaced by left clicking. To play the game you click to shift between the top or bottom of the platform you are running on, you need ot avoid enemies and obstacles and can pick up items and powerups on the way. You might pick up a shield and the ability to run fast with it or something that will slow you down so you have more time to react. Coins can be collected while playing or after a run is complete that will allow you to buy unlockables or to continue going after being hit. At the end of the run you can complete different goals to get coins or to unlock new characters to play as, the characters play the same but are visually different. It's a low priced endless runner but it's not that interesting and doesn't offer as much variety as some others in the genre, the art looks similar in style to something like Limbo or Inside.
I saw this recently and picked it up for the name alone. For the price, you can't go wrong with this game. The mood feels similar to Limbo - it's dark but at the same time innocent, and the way the shady colours blend with the light leaves this game looking graphically impressive. However, the same can't be said for the gameplay which is simple at best, having you run down a straight corridor flipping Lamp Head around to survive. Nonetheless, I'd still recommend trying this game because it's easily affordable and worth a punt.
