Game description

Heaven's Hitman is Back... With a Vengeance!

Evil has returned! Demonic powers are manifesting themselves as a myriad of dark creatures, fighting over the fates of imprisoned souls caught in Purgatory.

Once again, it is up to Daniel Garner, in the unenviable position of being the Curse of Darkness and the Toy of Light, to fight his way past hordes of demons and fiends.

Questions remain… “Can he stop the powerful creatures that stand in his way? Will he ever leave the hell of Purgatory and be reunited with his wife Catherine?”

A bit overrated, but really fun

Painkiller is a really fun game. Every time I play it I think of a specific song that kind of reminds me on it. The first thing you'll encounter once you open it is a really sweet designed main menu (that could, though, use a bit of redesigning) which even a 8-years old boy can understand. The characters are well designed but the textures seem a bit blurry. I'd love if the graphics had a bit of a "colored theme" because the current ones are a bit too harsh in my opinion.

Heavens Hitman

What a brilliant remake of the original, extremely fun to play especially for an run and gun game will most definitely refer to any fps player or starting gamer

Bloody Good Time

This is a fantastic game. I have yet to play the others so I have no comparison with them. However if you enjoy games like Serious Sam this is one for you. Its the same kind of fun blood splatting kills and it has secrets to find in each area. Upon completion of each area it gives you a review to show you how you did on each goal. If I miss a secret I always have to go back, just my OCD thing, but I never get bored playing a section through again. The weapons are very cool, my favorite so far makes me feel like Freddy Kruger slashing through the flesh of my enemies. It consists of three knives you spin and run into your enemies tearing them to pieces LOL. Put it this way my first play session I lost track of time it was so much fun and instead of just trying it out I played for 3 hours! No reservations on recommending this game to anyone, just go now and get it!

Awesome game

Love this game but stinks you can only do 2 player coop and i love 4 player coop but not a bad game afterall! While on a discount it wort getting and with GMG tossing out these great deals how can you say no? I'm only gonna rate this a 96/100 cause lack of 4 player coop but it scored 96 cause it at least has 2 player coop lol. Yes I'm a coop fan lol.

You will need painkillers to play through this game

Painkiller: Hell & Damnation is an HD (get it, Hell & Damnation? H & D? HD? Yea it’s not that funny) is a gruesome supernatural run and gun game that takes you through various haunted locales overrun with skeletons, zombies, spirits, and all manner of creature best left unmentioned. Unlike most run and gun shooters where you have to fight off variously sized waves of varied enemies in long corridors or open arenas, you are pretty much stuck fighting off a single wave of enemies in a single arena then moving on to a slightly larger arena to fight off a larger single wave of enemies. The enemy designs are creative, there is nothing truly iconic, especially when compared to game franchises like Doom and Serious Sam. All the enemies in Painkiller: Hell & Damnation look like renditions of monsters that have been done before. Same can be said with the weapon design: creative but nothing truly unique or iconic. Painkiller: Hell & Damnation’s art direction is well done, but everything else is dull, mediocre, and boring.
