Garden Warfare 1 was decent like most EA shooters, but Garden Warfare 2 is superior. Online is the same, most of the same game modes and very similar combat. Single player is improved, you have the normal garden ops and the whole Zom-burbia town as a big battlefield beside you. The new characters are adding a whole new level of combat. You have the plants with their three new classes offering a tank, support, and assault. Zombies also have the same three types of classes (if you would consider Super Brainz support). IMP is a "imp" with a battle mech, similar to D.va from overwatch. Those are only 2 of the six all being equally as powerful.

Great humor, excellent gameplay, fun, balanced, however, best with friends. It can get boring after a while on your own.

Plants vs Zombies is known for that top down tower defense gameplay. Plants v Zombies 2 is a totally different game. Having played this with my cousins, you can tell this game was made for cooperation in mind. Theres numerous co-op modes and multiplayer modes like soccer. I honestly found it to be kind of interesting but it wasn't as gripping at the first game. For a third person shooter, it's quite simple as there isn't much to the gameplay. You just move and shoot. Overall, I think PvZ 2 is best played with friends rather than by yourself.

Plants vs Zombies : Garden Warfare 2 is a team-based Third Person Shooter with a good chunk of humor. Each team has several character-class to offer. Every one of them are viable on the battlefield. Each character-class has its own abilities and weapons. My favourite is the Rose from the Plants Team. There is just something incredibly fun in turning your opponents into goats. While they have new names, the game modes are not really original. These are your typical multiplayer modes you'll find in any shooter on the market. Furthermore it is possible to play solo with characters played by the AI. It's fun and well balanced and the visuals are good. I think Plants vs Zombies : Garden Warfare 2 is the best multiplayer shooter I've seen since Team Fortress 2.
