Resident Evil remastered once again

Resident Evil started out as a Playstation title, which was followed by the Playstation Directors Cut, then a Gamecube remake, and now comes a remastered version of the Gamecube remake. This version keeps the atmosphere and gameplay elements of the Gamecube title while improving the resolution, textures, backgrounds and lighting, though there are some blurry parts. There is a new control option that should make things easier for new players but if you want to play the game with the original "tank" controls you are able to switch back to that. If you were fan of the either the original or the Gamecube version then you should enjoy this title, it's also a good game for players new to the series, but if you already have the means to play it you might not see much of a need to pay for a few updates.
