Surgeon Simulator is bringing the ER to VR! The most critically acclaimed and infamous surgery simulation game as you have never seen it before! Built for Vive and featuring all of the surgeries and twisted humour of the original favourite plus a few new surprises...
Surgeon Simulator: Experience Reality transports you into some of the most unlikely and possibly unsanitary surgeries possible. Bob's life is in your hands in this darkly humorous VR game, taking you closer to bloody surgery than you possibly ever wanted to go! From the operating theatre, to the back of an ambulance, to outer space, your patient's welfare will be in your virtual hands.
In addition to the original surgeries we've added exclusive new features for you to play with in VR. How about brain surgery in the dark? What about a hand-held camera to admire your surgical efforts from any angle? New achievements? It's all in Surgeon Simulator: ER!
Whatever you do, don't press that button in space!

I highly recommend to play 'Surgeon Simulator VR: Meet The Medic' (its free) before playing this game, because the basic gameplay of Surgeon Simulator: Experience Reality is the same 'Meet The Medic' and also, contents of this new game is very much like the original Surgeon Simulator 2013, but this time you experience it in VR. 'Experience Reality' is extremely fun and provides you hilarious moments.
For those who've played the original Surgeon Simulator, you know what you're getting here. For those who haven't, hold onto your hats because this is one wild game. You're tasked with carrying out operations on your patients (and trying not to throw their organs around too much), but this time you'll get to work in a VR environment. This makes the game a lot harder to handle, but it also makes it slightly more realistic and a hell of a lot more fun. Try out this game, but just don't bring anything you learn here into the actual medical scene.
It's a very entertaining game. It won't take long to complete, but should be a fun way to show off the Vive to friends and family. Good performance on my system (i7 3770k 4.4GHz, GTX 1070, 16GB RAM 2.2GHz) at lowest settings. Bumping up the graphics definitely causes an issue, but the game looks good at lowest settings.
