"Marcus" is a lovely and cheerful hero of the game!

jacki_leonard

"Watch Dogs 2" in the first edition did not succeed to provoke our imagination with its hero to make us believe taking revenge on his family. In the second version, all of a sudden you will see that you know Marcus and his friends, their motivation to draw a comment and rise against "Blum" and the CTOS system, and of course the hacker world is interesting to you! You no longer want to watch them, but you come along with their excitement and adventures. Of course, I wished that their efforts to motivate the people and collect the followers on the Internet was a little more detailed and gave the initiative to the gamer, because in reality this is not the idea that comes out in the details of the gameplay, and only with more levels taken, the "followers" of the group would increase. It can be said that it is a XP based experience to improve the skills and the availability of Marcos for more tools in the game. "Watch Dogs 2" is in many respects what Watch Dogs 1 should have been. The story is fascinating, and its people are also more reliable. But the game does not use enough from its potential, and due to lack of attention to detail and technical level, the experience of the game, though lovely, remains incomplete. However, if "Watch Dogs 2" has despaired you, it is better to try before the farewell to this series.

Seems lots of lessons has been learned from Watch Dogs!

russel_vjd

Watch Dogs 2 has made many improvements compared to the first version, and the gameplay is also one of those. In WD 2, the number of missions you can progress exactly as you want is significantly more, and also the differences between the stealth approach and gun blazing approach are much more obvious here and in this game, it's much more enjoyable to progress the story with stealth method . If you choose to do them with the stealth approach, you need to get as smarter as possible with the hacking capabilities (which have been upgraded in this version) and there's no doubt that the pleasure of hacking in Watch Dogs 2 is far more than gun-blazing fun. Watch Dogs 2 is a full-fledged improvement compared to the first WD and Ubisoft managed to bring many positive changes in this version, which makes it an ideal experience for fans!

One of the best open world games.

MakarovReaper

Watch Dogs 2 is a great game. I'd give it a 9.5/10.Watch Dogs 2's story is not its strong suit. The story is OK, but sometimes cringed, though at times funny. The rest is, Watch dogs 2 is a true masterpiece and is a huge improvement on everything in watch dogs. I love this game so much I want to skip work and play this all day, I anticipate playing hundreds of hours. I love playing hide and seek/hack invasion, I'm addicted to it and play just that alone for hours sometimes, I want to be #1 on the leader boards for hack invasion, lol. The graphics are so nice on ultra 60fps at 1080p, so clean. The single player campaign is very very good. The world feels very realistic and alive. I drool a little when I imagine what the 4K free update looks like. I am going to buy a new 4K TV and a new card that can max settings at 4K because of Watchdogs 2. Also the season pass was worth buying, it added alot more single player missions and awesome new vehicles, especially the mad max war bus, that thing is unstoppable. In short, the game is truly incredible, and is great for any GTA fan, or anyone looking for a fun open-world experience.

Ubisoft redeems itself and the series

Takwin

Wow, this game really surprised me. The first one was mediocre and underdelivered. The second one redeems the series with humor, graphics, and gameplay. It was a super fun game from start to finish for about 30 hours. I would definitely recommend it over Assassin's Creed or Far Cry. And if you can push it to ultra (like on a 1080ti), oh my does it look gorgeous.

Solid game with great multiplayer.

gmgtochuje

Watch Dogs 2 was the first game of the series I managed to finish, while I did play WD1 main protagonist seemed a bit blend and boring. On the other hand I really like WD2 cast, much more interesting band of individuals. City is large and full of collectibles and the multiplayer elements only adds more fun because hacking random players and being hacked by others can raise your blood pressure, rarely I felt so much emotions during multiplayer.
