OK , now that seems Arkham Series is not going to continue and we should say goodbye for at least some years to beloved batman, having some fun with a little more stories about batman friends and apprentices and of course some of his enemies could not hurt at all, the best story dlc in the season pass is the one about Barbara Gordon AKA Batgirl and it is really fun to play with hr character. there are some skins for batmobile and batman and other playable characters in the season pass which having them as a collection for your game is worthy enough so if you want to have some more stories and fun in Batman universe get this season pass especially if you saw it on sale!
While Batman: Arkham Knight - Season Pass does not provide too many content it is a welcomed addition to the main game. Let's be honest, you will race a lot with the season pass as most of the DLC are new skins for the Batmobile but I had fun with it. There are of coarse some story mission here and there but only Batgirls is the memorable one. Nevertheless, it's worth checking out and finish the game properly with every content unlocked.
You get a lot of content in the season pass, but it is way overpriced for the length of time it takes to finish everything. The story levels are over in under 30 minutes each, with the exception of the Batgirl story, which takes between 1-2 hours. Batgirl's story is easily the best of the bunch because of the length and the open world exploration of an amusement park. The other story levels are just a series of 3 or 4 rooms that are connected by loading screens that teleport you where you need to be. The boss fights, like in the main game, are lacking. The races are fun if you like the Batmobile driving. The costumes are nice, but should have been unlockable in the main game anyway. The extra challenge rooms are fun. It's also nice to have the extra playable characters for the challenge room, but you can't use any of them in the main story or when free roaming Gotham, so it's a total waste of potential, and you won't use them as much as you would have otherwise. I would recommend buying this, but only on sale for around $10.
The main criticism of this Season Pass is it's too expensive. Well, that's a matter of opinion. Yes, the story DLCs aren't very long. Yes, most of the content is Batman skins and Batmobile skins. That being said, if you are a die hard Batman fan like myself, it's well worth the cost. I've always wanted a game where I can drive my favorite Batmobiles and use my favorite Batsuits. Batman Arkham Knight delivers in a way no other Batman game has. Before, I had to use mods if I wanted these appearances. Now, these outfits are fully supported and Rocksteady even gets down to facial expressions and characters of the actors in each suit. I had a blast going through all of this content and I highly recommend the Season Pass to anyone who is a die hard Batman fan or loves the Arkham games. There's plenty of DLC to keep you occupied for some time.
The pass will grant you access to ALL DLCs, including retailers one like Red Hood, Harley Quinn and Scarecrow pack. But, the price for the pass is simply way too expensive. There will be story missions, yes, but there are too many skins and usefull contents to justify this price. Buy it when discounted.
