Classic jRPG with amazing job system!

Final Fantasy V is as always great jRPG that wasn't released in English language for a long, long time. It's hard to say why because the game is fantastic when it comes to gameplay because the plot is there but frankly speaking it's not very memorable. But the job system is simply amazing, it expands the core idea from FFIII but adds tons of new jobs with different skill, there are so many possibilities to experiment with. The recent Steam version offers enhanced graphics, and while it's not 3D remaster as it was in the case of FFIV it's still good.

The Best Final Fantasy Growth System

Final Fantasy V is the perfect class system for an RPG. Refining the defined jobs of 1 and 4, and the perfecting the flexible system found in 3, this is the best gameplay of the 2D Final Fantasy era. The story, while not as in-depth of characters as 4 and 6, is also great, featuring some of the darkest story moments to first appear n the Final Fantasy universe.

Warriors of Dawn, Unite!

The world's peace is at stake. The crystals are shattering. Something awful is about to happen. A young warrior called Bartz, a princess, a pirate and an old adventurer must prevent the world from the destruction. You can't get more old school than this game is. Final Fantasy V is Japanese Role Playing with turn-based combat system and epic story. Note that this the episode that introduced the famous Job System, making it one of the funniest Final Fantasy game to play. This PC version is based on the iOS version. The graphics were remade in gorgeous 2D and there are several new things in the game too. It's old school but it's really fun. One should not miss the opportunity to play this game in a better form.

The return of a classic masterpiece

Final Fantasy V is one of the best Final Fantasy, and finally PC players can enjoy it on Steam. This version comes with enhanced graphics, that sadly are not very well looking, but the gameplay is so good you will easily pass on this. In fact, the PC version introduced a new bosses (originally present on iOS version anyway) with a new character design by Kazuko Shibuya. If you never played the original, this is the time to enjoy FFV. If you did, there's new content here to make you happy with your purchase.
