This DLC for Assassins Creed Revelations adds more characters to the multiplayer mode for you to choose between: The privateer, the Corsair, the Brigand and the Gladiator. Is pretty cool if you like this kind of multiplayer mode, even alone or with your friends, is kinda fun, we got a multiplayer map DLC and now more characters to the same mode for a lower price. I think is worth to buy it and try it out, and of course, if the multiplayer for Revelations still active by the time of this review.
I will start of by saying that I usually dislike "cosmetic" DLC, but I will most likely buy some anyway, for the sake of it. This could be classified as a cosmetic DLC, as well. You get 4 new characters that really look cool and have a lot of customizing options to choose from. My favourite character would have to be the Brigand. All of the new characters, when you use their specific weapons, have some quite gruesome animations, and in Brigand's case, the spear animations are very satisfying. Is the DLC worth the 4$? That is for you to decide. I've played the multiplayer for a long time, and have stacked a lot of hours and progress in it, as I am actually through all the "ranks", so I can safely say this DLC was worth for me, because a fair share of the hours spent on the multiplayer aspect of the game has been using one of these characters. However, I'd honestly recommend you to wait for a sale, especially because Assassin's Creed 3 is just around the corner, and the Revelations' multiplayer is, pretty much, going to be dead. For a dollar or two, it's definitely worth it. It's worth the full price if you like the multiplayer and, naturally, still play it.
