Ancient Greek Diablo

Titan Quest is an action rpg, just like Diablo, but instead of Devils and demons, here you have to fight Minotaurs, Satyrs and Centaurs, and so on. Also, the buildings are from classical Greece as well, instead of Gothic temples. It is a pretty fun, and action packed game, that keeps you on your toes, as you have to cut through countless enemies, to gather their loot. This new version is a welcome release, since the original game is...damn...15 years old now? I know, that i had problems running the original on XP, so yeah, this new version that can work with the current operating systems is a must have.

great AI In this update!

At the time of Titan Quest's release in 2007, they compared the whole game with Diablo (which upgraded RPG genre). With the release of the Titan Quest Anniversary, which is a huge upgrade to the game, if you're a fan of Diablo fans and players, the experience of this game will be fun too. And until the next Diablo release, this game will entertain you; if you never played a game in this genre maybe with an update to one of the most successful RPG games It's time for you to go through this genre and enjoy the characterization and game story of the game, or play with your friends in a multiplayer game, and then with the modding system you could make fun and have your own experience. Of course, with the experience of this game since its old background, you will not see a new genre and gameplay, but if you enjoy this genre you will surely enjoy the Titan Quest Anniversary Edition. If you're having a problem or difficulty at some point, you can go online and go to the multiplayer game. When you go to the online section, you will be faced with different servers that can connect up to 6 people. By connecting to a server, you start from the same place where you left off. You can complete a section with other players at any time and then return to the single player at your discretion and complete the game on your own.

Still holds strong after all these years.

This year, Titan Quest is celebrating its 10th birthday and THQ Nordic has been preparing for us special, improved edition of this amazing hack'n'slash - Titan Quest Anniversary Edition. In addition, people who had older versions of Titan Quest received a new version for free. Nice gesture from THQ Nordic. The new edition introduces an impressive number of 1261 smaller and larger changes. All for the better. Great hack and slash.

I love the way the gameplay is and how the skills are set up.

Starts playing at 1:00 am with the intention of "checking the game out" 3 hours later at 4:00 am... WOW what an amazing game. Having recently started craving a Diablo-ish game like this I started up path of exiles... After around 5 hours of game play in a week it just was not cutting.... After playing Diablo 3... It just wasn't cutting it... Yes you heard me correctly. Diablo 3 was not satisfying my hunger for a Diablo game lol. It just isnt the same as Diablo 2. BUT this little gem. If I had to describe it. I would call it what the 3rd Diablo should have been if it was released 10 years ago instead of the long "anticipated" wait that Diablo 3 was. They took to long to release it and it ended up being wayyyyy to much like gauntlet legends or an action arcade game. They could have released this and stamped Diablo 3 on it and I garuntee you it would have been a HUGE hit and got the attention it deserved. I never played this game when it came out. I never heard of it. Many people have but some how it slipped under my radar. And being a gamer in the 90's this is a WONDERFUL throw back to REAL gaming. A wonderful story line. Simple and yet extremely deep game play. And the number one thing that kept gaming alive back in my day. A CHALLENGE. I can't go into a battle knowing I am so OP that I shouldn't even bat an eye lid. If you are not careful you will die easily to a mob. All in all... Even with only 3 hours. I can truly 100 percent suggest this game just from the experience I had last night with my friend playing with me. Every upgrade mattered. Every new piece of equipment was exciting. Every single quest I actually wanted to hear what the NPC had to say.

Great game just got better

After nearly 10 years after release, Titan Quest came back from the grave. This edition contains Titan Quest with expansion Immortal Throne as well as over thousand of fixes. Now that's what you call dedication. As for the game itself, if you like hack and slash games like Diablo, you will feel right at home with this one. Graphics are still looking good, but soundtrack is still pretty unmemorable, except a couple of tracks. As for the wiriting, it is simple and just gets things going and is only there to give you the reason to slay all of the great mythology creatures in glorious way. It is incredibly enjoyable gem that many missed back when it launched, which is a shame, because for h'n's it is pretty complex, especially when you reach level 8 and you find out you can mix 2 classes together. Hilarious trivia about this game is that it was made by some of the guys from Age of Empires, critically acclaimed series of strategy games. Overall, awesome game, recommended for this price and even more recommended when on sale.
