Reviews for Nancy Drew: Ghost Dogs of Moon Lake

Immersive and fun puzzles with a strong storyline

The developers have managed to deliver an engrossing storyline wrapped with layers of fun and interesting puzzles. While the game is not the longest or the hardest, it is definitely worth the $1.74. Graphics are dated (as to be expected in this era of adventure gaming) but it does not detract from the overall experience of "adventure". Sounds and music are atmospheric and thoroughly engage your senses to deliver the immersive game-play. Overall, a great game that should certainly be on the "must-buy" list.

Interesting tale

This game actually manages to create a great atmosphere, while telling and interesting story. The graphics are quite dated, but for me this time it actually added to that weird feeling the game had, because it's really reminiscent to older DOS-era adventure titles. You'll get to explore the usual places you'd expect in a game like this and all of them has that weird, unwelcoming feeling (the music adds a lot to this). The puzzles are great (although a tad bit easy). Great game, an absolute must for adventure fans that aren't discouraged by dated graphics and want to hear an interesting story.
