Henry McCarty had the unremarkable childhood of a typical Texas farm boy. Henry was a hot-shot and a rascal and not so much fond of his father. When the old man lost the McCarty ranch to the bank, the young Henry finally rebelled and took off to seek his own fate.
In the next ten years Henry changed a handful of jobs. By the start of the War McCarty already had problems with local criminals and decided to abandon the state of Texas. Packing his arrogant temper, his disdainful attitude towards the spoilt city-boys and a pair of trusty revolvers, he headed to New York City.
This new scenario which plays out in the new Suburbs district starts when Lucky Luciano wants Henry “The Kid” McCarty to join his cause. Things start to go haywire when we find out that “The Kid” is already on a mission for a damsel in distress.
New Henchman: Henry "The Kid" McCarty
New Weapon: Golden Twins
New District: The Suburbs
It is not easy to review a scenario pack without ruining the fun for the readers, who most likely haven't played it yet. That's why they are reading the review after all? So let me try to avoid spoilers... You know Omerta, right? The game about gangsters, filled with well-defined characters and interesting quests. This expansion pack adds one scenario, which becomes available after completing two missions from the singleplayer campaign. Then there is more content introduced, which, although related to this particular scenario, expands the whole game. For example there is a new person, whole new section of the city and even a new weapon. That is the kind of scenario expansion I like the most - not only introducing new goal to accomplish, but also some new content to the game, effectively expanding and enhancing the whole gameplay experience.
