Get it if you want to play the game again

This DLC adds weapon and perk to your single player campaign. One would think it would just be side grade stuff that won't serve any difference owning this or not. But this DLC will give OP perk to the player and allowing the game to be much more easier. Therefore, only get this DLC if you want the original experience since this might spoil the game by making it easier.

A pack with useless things

Binary Domain, like many other modern games, features many additional DLC that give you only skins or one or two new objects for an high price. In this case there is no reason to spend your money to buy only a new skill and a new weapon, so you can avoid to buy this DLC

Somewhat better than the map pack

If you've enjoyed the original game and feel like playing it through again, this may not be a bad purchase. Since all it adds is a weapon and a set of skills. It has no impact on the story or anything of that nature. If you like cosmetic items and you've liked the Binary Domain, this may not be a complete waste. Otherwise, don't get it. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, only if you've enjoyed the game and want a second playthrough with new gadgets.
