If you enjoy casual games like Solitaire within the Windows to spend some time to relax then give this game a try. This game mixes your average point and click adventure games that are filled with puzzles for the players to solved with solitaire as well as other mini games. The storyline is nothing special and would feel rather generic in the view of a point and click adventure game but the gameplay itself feels solid with the puzzles as well as the mini games. Overall, if you enjoy any of those genre then definitely give this a try.
The third game is a solid addition to the series but nothing is particularly new aside from the different version of the solitaire card game. The game revolves around another story, and various power ups and wild cards are brought into the mix, but the previous games also did this. The actual solitaire card game is much more tactical this time as you need to move all your cards to the foundational pile. This game has improved graphical elements, with nice looking backgrounds. The music is also very soothing, creating a calm atmosphere for the game. All said, Jewel Quest Solitaire 3 is a solid card game which offers many of the same elements that the series has offered to date in a different style of solitaire.
This game is best for those new to the Jewel quest Solitaire series. The third is vastly better than the first and second! There are few rpg elements in the game and some hidden items in it. I liked the puzzles and the use of logic in it this time. Not a lot of of new concepts though. You can use powerups by that is nothing new. Visuals look better this time though. This is better than the first and second, much better buy.
I got this a while ago not having played the original ones, but to be honest, it doesn't make a difference. The game is charming- you basically need to save your friend Yumi by playing solitaire and finding items. But the best part is the fact that the solitaire you play in this has powerups that you can use to help win. Very fun.
