The Crew® Complete Edition includes The Crew® original game with all missions and modes released since launch, its expansion The Crew® Wild Run plus Season Pass content.
The Crew is a revolutionary driving game that leverages new hardware capabilities to connect players online like never before.
First of, the Story is kind of good and good to follow, but the beginning is just too average. The idea to drive through the whole US is pretty good and also really good implemented, you have the main roads, the cities are well represented and the topology is respected. The graphics are good and what i like is the effect on the streets when it rains and after the rain. The Car-models are really detailed, but the damage on the Cars looks kind of crappy and they morph back to the normal model after a short time. This game has the worst physics i've ever seen in a game like this. Every time you jump and do a flip the car magically turns horizontal to the surface. Sometimes you crush into another car and sometimes you just slide along the side. The given music is good but there are too few songs. The Car sounds are awesome and resemble the cars really good. The worst thing overall is, that on a low-specs PC you have a lot of disadvantages, when you FPS drop below 20 every other car will beat you even if you have 500 horsepowers more, because the system behind the speed and time do not pay attention to the FPS, so that a real-life second for you is just two thirds of a second for you in-game, but not for the other with high FPS. Overall it is a good game, but there are things that can be better.
The Crew can be described in 3 words....empty, grindy and greedy. The idea of a drivable U.S. (kinda) is a cool idea if that world has alot of neat things to discover, but the crew doesnt. In between major cities it is just boring nothingness. Then you get to a city...only to find more nothingness, but with buildings. There is literally nothing to do in the crew except for the main story events which revolve around a terribly bad fast and furious-esque tale. Grind, this game has plenty, plan to spend at least 20 hours playing just to get half decent cars and tuning abilities. Once you have unlocked those things you will have to grind for money for what can seem forever. Now for the greed. Even after you buy the game and all of the DLC, and grind for in game money, the best cars are still behind a paywall for $1.99. Want the super fast lamborghini shown in the screenshots, that's extra. There are several car dealers in the game, each having thier own set of cars for sale, and each dealership has about 4 or 5 paywall cars that can't be unlocked any other way than paying extra cash.
