Shiny is a platforming game about helping your robot friends and repairing your ship while avoiding different dangers and conserving energy. You play as a robot Kramer 227 and your goal is to rescue as many other robots as possible in each level. You use up energy when you move, activate checkpoints, and when you help other robots but can find batteries scattered around the environments and machines that will charge your energy. Some of the other deactivated robots can be hidden so you might have to search around more to find them. There are no living enemies in this game but there can be environmental hazards and getting damaged by them will drain your battery. The game looks good, has nice music, and has some well detailed backgrounds. It's simple but enjoyable with good production values.
