ArcaniA – Fall of Setarrif is the first stand-alone expansion for ArcaniA, further enriching the storyline.
A new threat casts its shadow over the Southern Isles. A mysterious demon, consumed by hatred, terrifies the population and pools his force against the coastal city of Setarrif. The dramatic situation exacerbates after a volcanic eruption in the mountains nearby. Thereupon the nameless hero joins forces with his strongest allies and courageously faces the new menace.
Even after king Rhobar III was freed from the demons control, the struggle apparently is not over. The king already ordered his armies to conquer Setarrif, but so far no word from his troops, or the frantic population for that matter, has gotten through.

Setting aside the fact that this isnt related to the old gothic games, and even if you consider it a new action rpg, the game is still very mediocre towards bad just like the main game . Also you have the feeling that it was cut from Arcania and keeps all the mediocre things from it too. The only thing that shines is the gorgeous graphics, pretty much everything related is top notch. But everything else is just mediocre at least; yeah maybe ive used mediocre too much but this game is the definition of mediocrity. A reboot that sank a fabolous rpg series.
