Absolutely worth

You see this game on sale? Don't hesitate and buy it!! When I got it I didn't expect too much as I heard of it to be a GTA rip-off.. well, turns out I like it better than the last GTA I played! Overall the game is amazingly fun and still looks very good, not to mention that it runs very smooth even on my crap laptop! I especially love that you can create your own character, a feature GTA misses in all it'S games so far! There are only a few things I can complain about: -Shootings feel very weird, you shoot someone around 3 times and they still stand, given you hit the person, while you yourself are near invincible, you can run through open fire and somehow manage to not get hit, must be a pro! -You cannot re-watch cutscenes, which I am very disappointed about as they are pretty awesome with my character in the role. -Adding your own music to the radio is very complicated and needs several programs, not worth the effort. But aside from these peanuts, I have nothing to complain about!

A turning point for the series

Saints Row: The Third is the game that made the franchise as well known as it is today, and it is the first one to feature as much ridiculous, over the top content it is known for. While the two previous games were great and still had some over the top content, they have a darker tone and are more serious for the most part. The gameplay is great, and the DLCs add a lot of fun to the game. While most of the DLC content might be overpowered, it is completely optional and I would recommend using only if you want to cause mayhem. The game's plot may not be the best, but its characters more than make up for it. The soundtrack is not too good either, but the voice acting is wonderful. The game is short, but it does have two different endings and like in the previous entry in the series, the dialogues change depending on which voice you choose for your character. In conclusion, buy it on sale if you want a fun experience that does not have much of a plot, but is memorable anyway. Buy it full price if you have played Saints Row IV or Gat Out of Hell and think you might want to play the game several times

I can?t say much about this game.

It?s the craziest and most epic game I?ve played Many might refer it to GTA games and it?s understandable but this is so much more, has so much more It?s fun, amazing, have funny looking vehicles, but my favorite thing, making pedestrians cars flat with my tank, since the mechanics is much better than ever before All its lacking is good online play, it got co-op so at least we don?t have to play alone

The funniest sandbox game.

100 hours played and I'm not tired of it: Don't need gta anymore :D The Story Line is pretty simple and basic. But you have a lot of things to do. From saving your Homies, to fighting Gangs, Police, Military, Politicians, Zombies and Aliens. The combat system is great: shooting, fighting or driving over enemies. You have lots of customization options for your character, gang members and cars. Variety of missions, activities to do and secrets to find. The upgrade system for guns, character and homies really works. The Full Package is AMAZING, you won't need mods. I love sandbox games and play many, but I always return to this game. Don't miss it.

A great price, but too easy

After Saints Row 2, the third was a little overwhelming for me, visually at least. It was always a colorful series, but the third one has so meny neons and weirdness, it really caught me off guard. The DLC's offered in this package are great, and they make a great game even longer, plus you get the first taste of superpowers, that you will experience in the fourth game, but if you want a challenge, i recommend playing the game without dlc's first, because they make it way to easy. One of them gives you a tank, and a VTOL in your garage and really....what can be too hard, to deal with after you have those? Of course, sometimes, it's really great to have them. At one time, I was playing COOP with a random gamer, who would't reply to voice chat, or text. Communication is important in every relationship, and without it, he or she predictably got bored, and as normal, started to shoot me in the face with dual smg's. We killed each other back and forth, until i had enough of it, and when it was his/her turn to resurrect, i climbed in my jet. Now, do you think you have a chance on foot against a fighter jet, that knows your exact location, and can blast you out from the sky? Not even in Saints Row...
