The Brotherhood story continues with the Hidden Ones, included in the Assassin's Creed Origins' Season Pass.
Years after the birth of the Brotherhood, Bayek is called to the Sinaï Peninsula to investigate a clash between a rebel faction and occupying Roman forces. As he seeks to bring peace, Bayek must shape the code that will one day be known as the Assassin's Creed.
This first expansion brings new content to Assassin's Creed Origins with a mission that takes you deeper into the story of the Brotherhood's formation. Explore the beautiful region of Sinaï and meet new characters that will show you a whole new perspective of the Brotherhood.
Assassin's Creed Origins - The Hidden Ones is the first major story driven DLC and despite the not so great cosmetic DLCs which has been available to unlock before this, The Hidden Ones on the contrary is completely different and it takes the game experience to a higher level and makes it more glorious and lovely! it added 2x new area to the game's map with new architectures and shows you some kind of not seen before areas of the Egypt, I have to admit that bayek with his new outfit has an undeniable resemblance to Ezio in AC Revelations and this is a very great move and design from the developers for the fans of the series! So if you enjoyed and loved the base game as I did, you should not hesitate to grab this amazing first story addon and I guarantee you will never be disappointed at all! I already can't wait for the next major DLC :)
Assassin's Creed Origins is one of the biggest surprises of 2017. After deserved hiatus, the series came back in full glory, feeling fresh and making exploration fun again. The hidden ones pretty much nails it at makes the game shine even more. This expansion doesn't introduce any new mechanics, but gives you whole new region to explore. While it isn't as interesting as the ones in vanilla, what drives it is the story that doesn't get interrupted by "present day" shenanigans and concentrates completely on Bayek story. While it is not the longest of the expansions (it might take you something like 8 or more hours if you're into side quests, which are fun), but new powerful loot is awesome, extension of the story is great too, and it's just more of the great Origins gameplay. If you enjoy vanilla, get this right now, or just run for the season pass.
