Protect your bee hive fortress against the hornet menace by building the best Bee defense: a BeeFense! Command your Bees to get beesy. Let them collect honey dew - the most precious resource in the world to upgrade your tower and train heroic Bee fieldrunners. Defend your bee hive fortress against the evil Queen Hornetta, who has been genetically modified in order to vanquish the bee colony and steal your honey.
First and foremost, for those who don't know, this is a real time strategy/tower defense game, where you control bees as you must defend against your ground against Queen Hornet's army. I'm not gonna expand too much on the story, but ? have some pros and cons that I thought of, after finishing the game: (PROS) Story / Dialogues - It doesn't need to have the most interesting or the smartest story or dialogues, but they do their job nicely. Plus the dialogues are funny here and there. Graphics - hey, I think you will be able to appreciate or recognise some good graphics like these that suit perfectly for such games. The game in total looks very good. Upgrades - There are upgrades for your towers, and you absolutely need to do it. Resources are going to help you, so, keep farming and exterminate your enemies with stronger towers! The resources (in this case, stuff like water and other bee related stuff) helps you throughout the game (it's an important factor). It makes sense why it needs to happen. You have bees to help you about it also! Gameplay - You control a bee, and you have to man a tower in order to use it. You can use bees for that, don't worry. But if you don't, and you think that it works like a "auto pilot" thing, you're wrong. You're gonna learn really quick how the game works. Be ready to crush your enemies! Except that, the general gameplay is intense and truly works like a nice Tower Defense game. (CONS) Stages - Unfortunately, it's a small game. It's only 20 stages. I wouldn't say that to discourage you, because the game also costs only 4.99$, so, especially in a sale it is absolutely worth to purchase it (if, of course, you like what the game offers and you're into Tower Defense games). All things considered, It's a sweet little game that might satisfy your Tower Defense needs, and costs only 4.99$. I can recommend it for both young or older players. 4 stars from me.
